For my client, I am looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer (m/f/d):

Responsibilities

• Development and constructive design of large vacuum systems as well as associated mechanical components and assemblies
• Technical collaboration and coordination with manufacturers and suppliers, including the evaluation of proposed designs and technical solutions
• Creation, further development, and maintenance of 3D CAD models, technical drawings, and design documentation
• Derivation, specification, and documentation of technical requirements and their translation into constructive solutions
• Development and integration of optomechanical components and precision mechanical assemblies
• Support of the system engineering process from requirements definition through design to verification
• Consideration of specific requirements in the development and integration of mechanical systems in cleanroom environments

Requirements

Framework Parameters:

• At least 5 years of practical experience in the mechanical design and development of complex technical systems
• Sound experience with large vacuum systems and the associated mechanical and design requirements
• Experience in technical collaboration with suppliers and manufacturers, as well as in evaluating and reviewing external design proposals
• Very good knowledge of 3D CAD design, ideally with Autodesk Inventor; comparable CAD systems are also welcome
• Experience in the derivation, formulation, and documentation of technical requirements (Requirements Engineering)
• Knowledge in the development and integration of optomechanical systems and precision mechanical components
• Basic understanding of system engineering as well as the relationships between requirements, design, and verification
• Experience in handling cleanroom environments and their technical framework conditions
• Structured way of working, strong communication skills, and experience in interdisciplinary collaboration
• German language skills for professional collaboration
