Job description
Join a DevOps team to manage and further develop the Smallworld platform for asset registration. Responsibilities include developing solutions, automating CI/CD processes, programming in Magik, and supporting development teams.
Project overview
Within the DevOps team, you will work on the management and further development of the Smallworld platform for asset registration.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Developing solution directions for issues within the asset registration chain
- Developing and automating CI/CD processes for the Smallworld platform
- Testing and rolling out releases
- Programming in Magik and scripting in Shell and other languages
- Using tooling such as Gitlab, Ansible, and Docker
- Supporting development teams in realization and management
- Participating in the incident standby service according to a rotation schedule
- Minimum 3 years of work experience with Smallworld/Magik
- HBO/WO work and thinking level, preferably in a beta direction
- Experience with Ansible or comparable tools
- Knowledge of Git
- Basic knowledge of Linux
- Knowledge of Windows
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Datadog and Splunk (desirable)
- Knowledge of containerization such as Docker and Kubernetes (desirable)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (desirable)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure (desirable)
- Experience with working in an Agile/Scrum environment (desirable)
