Responsibilities

Profile

• Carrying out and taking over special functions.
• Participation in the creation of calculations, feasibility studies, and concepts, as well as supporting sales.
• Participation in on-call duty according to operational requirements.
• Monitoring and compliance with project-related budget specifications for measures and participation in the preparation of change order management.
• Responsibility for the execution, monitoring, and control of all construction, maintenance, and fault clearance measures assigned to the area of responsibility, taking into account technical and economic framework conditions.
• Responsibility for the commissioning and acceptance of plants, including documentation of the measures carried out, preparation of as-built drawings, invoicing, and technical completion notification.
• On-site responsibility for all network control and switching measures, work under gas and line blockages, including the creation of the required documentation.
• Exercising technical responsibility on the construction site, particularly with regard to condition assessment, work instructions, occupational safety, risk assessment, and instruction, as well as site induction of assigned employees and service providers.
• Taking on the role of measures manager.
• Completed further training as a master craftsman or technician, ideally in pipeline construction, utility technology, or a comparable technical field.
• German language skills (C2)
• Sound knowledge of network operation as well as inspection and maintenance of pipe networks.
• Knowledge of relevant technical regulations and standards, especially DVGW, DGUV, DIN 4124, and RSA.
• Good knowledge of VOB (Vergabe- und Vertragsordnung für Bauleistungen
• German Construction Contract Procedures).
• Experience in fault analysis and fault management.
• Knowledge of SAP and technical documentation.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Confident use of job-specific tools and technical testing equipment.
• Driving license class B.
• Ideally, additional qualification as a welding specialist for steel and/or PE pipelines.
