About Hairdreams

Hairdreams is the global market leader in high-quality real hair extensions and professional hair thickening systems. As an international premium brand, we support our partner salons not only with innovative products but also with targeted marketing measures to attract new end customers.

Your Task

We are looking for an experienced freelancer (m/f/d) to independently plan, implement, and optimize local B2C lead campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) for our Hairdreams partner salons.

The goal is to generate qualified inquiries from potential customers for hair extensions and hair thickening using a given advertising budget and to refer them to our partner salons.

Your activities include:

Campaign Management: Independent creation, setup, management, and ongoing optimization of local Meta Ads campaigns with a given budget.

Creative Creation: Preparation and adaptation of provided image and video material according to Hairdreams brand guidelines. Professional use of AI tools for content creation and optimization is assumed.

Salon Communication: Direct coordination with the respective partner salons regarding campaign goals, regional focus, offers, and results.

Lead Generation: Development and implementation of performance-oriented campaigns to generate qualified end-customer inquiries.

Performance Monitoring: Ongoing monitoring of relevant KPIs, especially lead costs, lead quality, and campaign results, including regular, concise reporting.

Further Development: Proactive suggestions for alternative or complementary strategies for lead generation via Meta.

What you bring

Demonstrable experience with Meta Ads and successful B2C lead campaigns.

Proficient use of Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, and regional campaigns.

Experience in creating high-performance advertising materials, especially with AI-powered creative tools.

Understanding of the beauty, lifestyle, or premium service industry is an advantage.

Independent, structured, and results-oriented way of working.

Professional and friendly communication with our partner salons.

Very good German language skills.
