Microsoft 365 Technical Expert – Collaboration and IT Production Engineer

Context

As part of the evolution and operation of its collaborative solutions, an organization is looking for an experienced technical profile for the Microsoft 365 environment. The mission will cover the study, implementation, and operational maintenance phases.

Missions

Expected Skills

• Carry out technical studies and produce associated deliverables: expression of need, comparative analysis, solution presentation, and progress monitoring.
• Write product sheets describing the functional and technical aspects of the solutions.
• Support the team and ensure skills transfer.
• Prepare and present technical topics in committees, explaining them to various stakeholders.
• Industrialize and automate the deployment of solutions.
• Contribute to the diagnosis and resolution of level 2 and 3 incidents.
• Ensure the compliance of solutions regarding security, data protection, and purchasing requirements.
• Manage technical projects of less than 100 person-days.
• Expertise in Microsoft Teams; MS-700 certification would be appreciated.
• Good command of Microsoft 365 and Azure, particularly Exchange.
• Knowledge of Copilot and PowerShell script development.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and the Agile Scrum methodology.
• Ability to manage technical projects and work with a strong customer focus.

Project details

Position based in Paris, with travel to Chartres at least once a week.
