A medium-sized company located in the Netherlands is looking for a technical implementation resource for a Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration with around 100+ users.

YOUR TALENTS

• Start: from 26.10.2026
• Duration: approx. 6 weeks (expected until early December 2026)
• Remote/On-Site: predominantly remote, on-site appointments in the Netherlands as needed
• Utilization: 100 %
• Hands-on implementation of the tenant-to-tenant migration for Exchange Online including mailboxes, shared mailboxes, and permissions
• Migration of OneDrive and SharePoint Online between tenants
• Setup and configuration of common migration tools for cross-tenant scenarios
• Preparation and execution of pilot and batch migrations including validation
• Checking and restoring permissions, groups, and forwarding after migration
• Implementation of migration steps according to the project management's specifications
• Error analysis and follow-up during the cutover period
• Documentation of implemented steps and handover to the project team

Requirements

• Several years of practical experience in Microsoft 365 migrations (Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint)
• Experience with cross-tenant migrations and common migration tools
• Solid knowledge of Exchange Online, Entra ID (Azure AD), and PowerShell
• Fluent English, spoken and written
• Structured, careful working method with a focus on data integrity and documentation

Nice to have

• German language skills
• Experience with migrations of shared mailboxes and complex permission structures
• Microsoft 365 Administrator Certification (MS-102) or comparable qualification
• Experience with tenant consolidations or hybrid scenarios
