• Design, develop and enhance business-critical CRM solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Implement customizations and extensions using C#, .NET, TypeScript and the Power Platform
• Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using Dataverse, REST APIs and Azure services such as Functions and Service Bus
• Design, development and maintenance of CRM solutions and integrations using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, REST APIs and Azure services
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable and high-quality technical solutions
• Contribute to solution architecture, software design and technical standards within the CRM platform
• Ensure solution quality through testing, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines and continuous improvement activities
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, business stakeholders and external delivery partners in an agile Scrum environment
• Support the evolution of the CRM platform, including data models, processes, automations and enterprise integrations
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365, C#, .NET and TypeScript
• Practical experience in customizing and extending Dynamics 365 solutions is essential, including entities, forms, workflows, business rules and integrations
• Experience in working across both backend and frontend components of the platform
• Proven, hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and customization
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Azure Functions, Service Bus and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps) is highly desirable
• Knowledge of software architecture patterns, testing frameworks and scalable enterprise integrations is considered a strong advantage
• Fluent German and English skills
