Project overview

Service Description

The project aims to provide a group-wide multi-project management platform based on Microsoft Dynamics 365. This requires both the further development of CRM components and integration into the existing customer system landscape.

The external contractor will support the technical further development of the ENPM platform. The focus is on implementing requirements in Microsoft Dynamics 365 as well as developing and supporting integrations with adjacent systems.

Task Description:

The external contractor will independently perform the following tasks within the project:

Technical Analysis and Quality Assurance:

• Development and customization of functions within Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Implementation of business and technical requirements into technical solutions
• Development of extensions, workflows, and automations
• Analysis and resolution of technical problems
• Conception and implementation of interfaces to adjacent systems
• Implementation and optimization of API-based integrations
• Monitoring and error analysis of existing integration routes
• Creation of technical specifications and implementation documentation
• Support with effort estimations and sprint planning
• Execution of tests and support with releases and deployments
• Ensuring quality standards and best practices

Responsibilities

Technological Skills:

• Close collaboration with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Architects
• Participation in agile project structures
• Regular coordination and reporting to relevant stakeholders

About the Client

• Deep understanding and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (e.g., Project Operations, CE, F&O, PSA, Field Service, or Customer Service) and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Experience in customizing, configuring, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Very good knowledge of C#, .NET, and JavaScript/TypeScript for Dynamics 365 extensions
• Experience in creating technical specifications and documentation
• Experience in integrating Microsoft Dynamics with other systems
• Experience with Dataverse, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps
• Experience in the energy supplier or network operator environment
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Structured and independent way of working
• High analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Strong communication skills with business departments and technical stakeholders
