Microsoft Intune Specialist / Endpoint Management

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Intune Specialist (m/f/d) for a demanding endpoint and patch management project.

The focus is on the administration and optimization of an existing Microsoft Intune environment with a focus on software packaging, patch management, compliance, and troubleshooting.

We are explicitly looking for an experienced Intune specialist who can independently solve complex technical challenges and has sound practical experience with Microsoft Intune.

Framework Conditions

• Start: ASAP / November 2026
• Duration: Initially 3 months
• Utilization: 4 days per week
• Work Model: Hybrid, 2 days on-site / 2 days remote

Responsibilities

• Administration and support of Windows endpoints via Microsoft Intune
• Software packaging and software distribution via Intune (Win32 Apps)
• Execution and monitoring of Windows 11 updates and patch management measures
• Configuration and verification of compliance policies and device configurations
• Analysis and resolution of problems with failed deployments, updates, and non-compliant endpoints
• Troubleshooting complex Intune issues and ensuring endpoint compliance
• Documentation and quality assurance of the measures taken

• Several years of practical experience with Microsoft Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager
• Sound knowledge in software packaging, software distribution, and patch management via Intune
• Very good knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
• Experience with Compliance Policies, Configuration Profiles, and Intune Troubleshooting
• Ability to independently analyze and solve complex technical problems
• Fluent German language skills
• Experience with SCCM / Microsoft Configuration Manager
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Experience with Windows Autopilot and PowerShell
• Project experience in large corporate environments
