Responsibilities

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain backend systems aligned with project needs.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Apply best coding practices to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring smooth operation.
• Assist in implementing new features and updating existing functionalities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and technical documentation.
• Minimum of 3 years of backend development experience.
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles.
• Experience working within financial or banking sectors is a plus.
• Ability to attend the Kraków office a minimum of 6 days per month.
