Job description
Our client, a major German financial services provider, is seeking a Mobile Device Management Administrator to support the team in the administration and conception of MDM solutions. The role involves system administration, conceptual development, VIP support, and device rollouts.
Responsibilities
- System administration of the Mobile Device Management solution
- Conceptual contribution to the further development of the existing installation through the introduction of MS Endpoint Management as an MDM/MAM solution
- VIP support
- Processing of changes and incidents, as well as rollout of Apple Devices, e.g. iPhones, iPads etc.
- Management of app stores
- Documentation and quality assurance of requirements

- University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification
- Sound practical experience in Mobile Application Management (e.g. Intune MAM) and configuration
- Experience in publishing and distributing public/in-house apps, managing app stores (Enterprise, Apple and Google), and the Volume Purchase Program
- Good knowledge of Citrix Endpoint Management is an advantage
- Experience with Apple's "Device Enrollment Program" and "Volume Purchase Program", as well as the Apple Business Manager
- Enjoy communicating with VIP users
- Independent and self-responsible way of working
