Mobility Specialist (Urgent)

Project overview

We are looking for a 3rd line mobility specialist who can be deployed broadly within the Mobility Team. The candidate must at least meet the stated hard requirements to be deployed directly in the team. The candidate must be able to perform under very high pressure. The candidate must be able to immediately apply existing knowledge and experience in practice. It is therefore expected that the candidate can start working independently immediately. The mobility specialist will be deployed for, among other things: Management of the BlackBerry UEM and iBabs platform in large client environments of approx.

50,000 workplaces & devices with expertise in:

• UEM (MDM) (preferably BlackBerry UEM);
• Apple ADE (DEP) and iOS;
• Samsung (android) and KNOX;
• iBabs backend (technical management);
• IIS, XML and SQL. The focus is on management.

Responsibilities

• Rolling out Security patches and applications;
• Troubleshooting complex issues on the BlackBerry and iBabs platform;
• Creating, deploying, and maintaining (PowerShell) scripts for BlackBerry and iBabs;
• Proactive management, implementing changes, 3rd line incident handling in the area of BlackBerry and iBabs. SSC-ICT To continue serving our ministries well, we want to develop further. • Finance ICT must always be available and is increasingly crucial for the primary processes of these ministries. Our government colleagues work at different locations and on different devices: via desktop and laptop, but also on tablet and smartphone. Speed and flexibility are becoming increasingly important. Providing ICT for and with the government is a challenging task. The field of work is diverse and the security requirements are high. Where are we heading? SSC-ICT Business Unit IT Standard Services (BST) This business unit's main task is to provide services that have no direct link to a unique (primary) process of customers and are therefore suitable for standardization. These services are also suitable for offering uniformly to all or multiple customers. Requirements Work experience at a 3rd line level in a UEM / MDM and/or MAM Enterprise environment. Experience with Microsoft Windows server 2016 and/or higher. Wishes:
• Experience with UEM Enterprise solution (MDM / MAM)
• Experience with Samsung KNOX and/or Apple Business (Manager)
• Experience with MS SQL (creating and/or executing queries)
• Experience with managing large comparable workplace environments
• Experience with iBabs
