- 3rd level support for two existing SAP legacy systems in the area of Customer Service and After Sales
- Holistic support, analysis, adaptation, and further development of the SAP SD/CS modules
- Contact person for functional questions from users and key users in Customer Service regarding SAP SD/CS
- Debugging and error analysis in self-developed SAP code within the existing system landscape
