MS Dynamics 365 Power Platform Developer

Project overview

We are looking for a freelance Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform (Power Pages) Developer / Technical Consultant for a 6-month mission, 2 days/week, located in 78130 Les Mureaux.

Our client's services are aimed at people aged 60 and over, people with disabilities, close caregivers, regardless of their living situation, as well as private and public actors in aid and care.

1.3. Mission Context

The candidate will be involved in the maintenance and evolution of the Dynamics 365 Customer Service ERP and the Power Pages extranet, including integrations with the existing IS (APIs and dependencies). The contractor will work in collaboration with the project manager (AMOA) from the digital transformation department and the technical teams of the DSI 78.

This mission is part of the agency's strategic IS urbanization program, with the ERP being a central element.

The ERP development began over a year ago. It includes an interface with an 'extranet' for professionals (caregiving structures, local authorities, associations, etc.) who can use the Agency's services – and a 'marketing' component. The goal is to continue these developments in line with the Agency's business needs and the ERP's strategic objectives.

A dedicated resource is sought for greater responsiveness and agility in development.

Versioned managed solutions, source code in the client's FramaGit repository, technical specifications validated with the AMOA, technical and operational documentation, test sets, sprint reports, reversibility note at the end of the mission.

Autonomy, ability to work with an AMOA and translate functional needs into technical solutions, ability to challenge and secure design choices, writing technical specifications and documentation, communication with non-technical stakeholders, meeting deadlines and regular reporting.

• Development: C# plugins, Custom API, Azure Functions, client-side JavaScript (Xrm API)
• Power Pages Extranet: Liquid templates, web templates, pages, forms and lists, Web Roles / Table Permissions management, HTML/CSS/JS customization, responsive portal takeover
• Power Automate Automations (cloud flows), standard and custom connectors
• Integrations: REST/Dataverse Web API, dataflows, exchanges with third-party applications (HRIS, billing, DMS…)
• Migration/deployment: solution management, Power Platform / Azure DevOps pipelines, Dev-Test-Prod environments
• Support for configuration and operation of Customer Insight
• Consulting and Support, providing functional and technical proposals
• Support for coordination with DSI 78
• Profile Sought and Mission Conditions
• 4 to 8 years of experience, including at least 2 Power Pages projects in production
• Certifications appreciated: PL-400 (Power Platform Developer), PL-600 (Solution Architect), MB-210/MB-280 or MB-300/MB-500 depending on the D365 scope
• Fluent French mandatory (business exchanges)
• Status: freelance / payroll management, service contract with commitment of means
• Duration: e.g., 3 months renewable, 2 to 4 days per week
• Location: majority remote work, presence 1 to 2 times per week on site
• Daily rate based on the candidate's expertise and experience level
• Clauses to include: confidentiality, transfer of rights on developments, reversibility and documentation, GDPR/subcontracting, license obligations on the client's side
