Role: Exchange 3rd Level Support Expert / Architect

Responsibilities

Must-Have Requirements

• 3rd Level Support for Exchange: Analysis and resolution of complex incidents and escalations
• Architecture and design of Exchange On-Prem environments, including infrastructure setup
• Experience in setup, operation, and high availability (Database Availability Groups, DAG)
• Planning and applying Cumulative Updates
• Planning and execution of migrations (approach, tools, risks)
• Connection and support of adjacent systems, e.g., BlackBerry and other server components
• Deep knowledge of PowerShell for Exchange
• Several years of demonstrable experience in the setup and operation of Exchange On-Prem environments
• Profound knowledge in Exchange architecture, DAG, and Cumulative Updates
• Experience with migrations (which method, why, with what result)
• Confident use of PowerShell, including at the server level
• Practical experience in 3rd Level Support, including escalations
• Good German language skills and customer contact
• Independent as well as customer- and solution-oriented work
• Willingness to perform on-call duties (7*24) and weekend work

Language: German absolutely necessary, as the role requires speaking with users at German banks.
