Munich: Social Media Content Manager Focus: Videography

Project overview

On behalf of our client, a world-leading company in mechanical engineering and intralogistics, we are looking for a Content Creator (m/f/d) for Social Media at the Munich (Moosburg) location.

You have a first-class eye for short-form videos, take on the complete implementation from camera to editing, and make technical topics approachable and entertaining on channels like Instagram and Facebook.

Framework:

• Project start: short notice
• Duration: long-term cooperation desired
• Workload: approx. 2-3 shooting days every two to three months.

Responsibilities

Our Requirements

• End-to-end production: You independently take on the conception, shooting, and editing of entertaining content for Instagram and Facebook.
• Creative co-creation: Together with the marketing team, you develop fresh video ideas, formats, and storyboards.
• On-site shoots: You will produce the content on approx. 2-3 shooting days every 2-3 months directly at our locations (Hamburg, Munich) or at events or with customers.
• Brand focus: You represent our client's brand – we are not looking for an influencer for self-representation, but a creative multi-talent who packages customer topics in an approachable and entertaining way.
• Equipment & Know-how: Own professional equipment (camera, audio, lighting, editing software) and sound, multi-year experience in creating short-form video content.
• Language skills: Fluent German and English, spoken and written, for coordination and content creation.
• Willingness to travel: Flexibility and mobility for regular on-site shooting days.
• Creativity & Initiative: A feel for current social media trends, humor, aesthetics, and target-group-oriented communication.
