Freelance support is sought for billing/change management in earthworks and pipeline construction for an ongoing customer project.
Project overview
For an ongoing customer project, we are looking for freelance support in the area of billing/change management for the earthworks and pipeline construction trade, starting immediately.
Framework parameters:
Profile:
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: Summer 2027
- Utilization: Full-time
- Location: Emden (home office possible)
- Experience in billing (subcontractors/consortium – consortium/client)
- Knowledge in change management (subcontractors/consortium – consortium/client)
- Ability to create delay/objection notices (subcontractors/consortium – consortium/client)
- Knowledge of iTWO is required
- On-site supervision of subcontractor performance is not strictly necessary
Responsibilities
If interested, we look forward to receiving a current project profile with details on availability and desired hourly rate, as discussions with the client will take place early next week.
- Billing of services between subcontractors and the consortium as well as the client
- Management of change orders and communication with all parties involved
- Creation and submission of delay and objection notices
- Support of the team in coordinating subcontractor services
