The company is looking for a Claims Manager to review and evaluate change order proposals, analyze construction contracts, and prepare claims negotiations. Two individuals are needed to cover for vacation or sick leave.

Responsibilities
- Review and evaluation of change order proposals regarding scope of services, quantities, prices, and calculations
- Analysis of construction contracts, original calculations, and claims for disruption and change orders
- Preparation of change order reviews, change order agreements, quantity surveys, and memos
- Preparation and participation in change order negotiations, meetings, and on-site appointments
- Taking minutes and documenting and tracking negotiation results
- Creation and processing of GAEB files (D81, D84, D86)
Requirements
My advantages:
- Completed degree in civil engineering or comparable qualification
- Sound experience in claims processing, construction contract management, or claim management
- Very good knowledge of construction contract law (VOB/B, BGB) and public construction
- Experience in infrastructure, road, bridge, or civil engineering
- Confident use of MS Office and ideally GAEB applications
- Varied activity in a renowned company
- Demanding and varied tasks in a future-oriented and innovative industry
- Remote possibility
