In addition, the developer will be deployed within the team responsible for the management and further development of PACTA-3. On behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, a treaty tracking system has been developed. This system is called PACTA-3 and is the successor to the current PACTA-2. This system allows for:
The emphasis here is on correctly translating functional wishes and requirements into software code. Keywords for software development within KOOP are: robust, maintainable, well-performing, and secure. Furthermore, code within KOOP is developed under architecture. Existing code is adapted/refactored without endangering the operational functioning of the applications.
KOOP wants to implement improvements to elevate both the quality of the software and the quality of the development process to a higher level. KOOP wants to fulfill a number of prerequisites for this using an Agile development methodology. Therefore, good collaboration within a multidisciplinary Scrum team and experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment are desired.
The .net developer will perform all disciplines within the team that are relevant to the SCRUM team: development, testing, documentation, but sometimes also management.
Based on knowledge and experience, and from experiences within the project, an active contribution is expected to the drafting and modification of organization-wide development guidelines.

Additional Information
When you, as a supplier, offer a professional to us and they are placed, we will need information from you as a contracting party, including regarding the Chain Liability Act (Wet keten- en inlenersaansprakelijkheid).
The 'WKA' aims to prevent abuse in the remittance of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to client.
We cover these risks for our clients by means of a blocked account, the G-account. This is an account to which a portion of the invoice amount is deposited and from which you can pay payroll taxes and VAT to the Tax Authorities.
The percentage to be remitted depends on whether you have an SNA certification (NEN-4400-1 or NEN-4400-2) and whether your company is established in the Netherlands or abroad.
You can apply for the G-account from the Tax Authorities.
If you cannot obtain a G-account (and you can provide proof of this from the Tax Authorities), you also have the option to provide an accountant's statement (assurance report regarding personnel lending) every quarter. In this, a certified accountant (AA or RA) will issue a statement about the correctness, completeness, and timeliness of the remittances.
Please note that the costs for this statement are at your own expense.
