Responsibilities

+ Administration, configuration, and operation of NetApp storage systems

+ Ensuring highly available and performant storage operation

+ Planning, implementation, and optimization of storage solutions

+ Performing firmware and software updates

+ Capacity planning as well as performance analysis and optimization

+ Setup and management of Storage Virtual Machines (SVM)

+ Administration of NAS and SAN environments

+ Management of Snapshots, SnapMirror, and SnapVault

+ Analysis and resolution of incidents in 2nd and 3rd level support

+ Creation and maintenance of technical documentation

Requirements

+ min. 5 years of experience with NetApp (esp. NetApp ONTAP, AFF, FAS and ASA systems, ONTAP System Manager, CLI administration, ONTAP upgrades, Cluster Administration, High Availability (HA), MetroCluster, StorageGRID)

+ NetApp certification (min. NetApp Certified Data Administrator (NCDA))

+ Several years of professional experience in the storage environment (NFS, SMB/CIFS, iSCSI, Fibre Channel (FC), NVMe/TCP)

+ very good German language skills in speaking and writing
