Project overview
My client is a leading Financial Markets organisation seeking an experienced Network Design Engineer to join a major FX Trading Platform programme.
This role will focus on the design, implementation and modernisation of complex network infrastructure supporting a large-scale trading environment. You will work closely with engineering, architecture and business stakeholders to deliver resilient, secure and low-latency network solutions.

Up to £650pd Inside IR35 via Umbrella
12-Month Contract
London, Hybrid (3 days on-site)

- Strong Network Design and Implementation experience
- Multicast networking expertise
- Strong Arista networking experience, ideally including spine-leaf fabric architecture
- F5 Load Balancer experience
- Fortinet, Palo Alto and/or Check Point experience, ideally including firewall migration or replacement programmes
- Strong Routing & Switching knowledge
- Experience within Financial Services, Trading or Capital Markets environments
- Experience producing HLDs, LLDs and technical documentation
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Start: flexible

- Rate: 81-81 EUR/h
