Network Engineer Workplace (Cisco / Aruba / NAC)

Project overview

As part of the evolution of its user infrastructures, our client is looking for an experienced Workplace Network Engineer to strengthen its teams on projects with a strong BUILD component.

In this role, you will primarily be involved in the design, deployment, and evolution of LAN and Wi-Fi network infrastructures to ensure an optimal user experience across different sites.

• Design and deploy LAN & Wi-Fi infrastructures based on Cisco and Aruba technologies
• Participate in evolution projects and integration of new network equipment
• Guarantee the performance, quality, and availability of user network access
• Ensure the deployment and administration of NAC (Network Access Control) solutions
• Implement security and access control policies via Cisco ISE
• Address connectivity and Wi-Fi coverage issues for sites
• Handle complex N2/N3 incidents and provide expertise to operations teams
• BUILD: approximately 80%
• RUN / Expert Support: approximately 20%
• Experienced Network Engineer with significant experience in Workplace environments
• Excellent command of Cisco and/or Aruba LAN and Wi-Fi infrastructures
• Solid experience with NAC solutions, ideally Cisco ISE
• Good understanding of issues related to user experience and network service quality
• Ability to intervene in both evolution projects and expert-level support
• Analytical mindset, autonomy, and service orientation
