Job description
Manage industrial projects from pre-sales to closure, ensuring quality, cost, and deadline performance in a nuclear electronics environment.
Project overview
Job description
Reporting to the Activity Manager, you will manage industrial projects independently, from pre-sales to closure. You will be responsible for Quality, Cost, and Deadline (QCD) performance, with your missions revolving around four major areas.
Regarding the pre-sales and structuring phase, you will develop technical and commercial offers with the sales team, define the budget, schedule, and resource needs, while analyzing risks and utilizing lessons learned (REX).
Next, for the launch and team building phase, you will translate the contract into operational milestones (scope, billing, subcontracting) and build the project team in conjunction with the business unit managers.
Furthermore, you will work on execution management and client relations, leading the multidisciplinary team, monitoring the budget and progress, managing contractual relations (amendments, claims), and ensuring client interface.
Finally, for closure and improvement, you will finalize administrative/financial follow-up, disseminate lessons learned (REX), and propose continuous improvement measures to optimize internal processes.
Candidate profile
With a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Industrial Engineering/Project Management, you have experience in managing complex industrial projects, ideally in a nuclear environment.
You are proficient in end-to-end project management (QCD, pre-sales costing, risk analysis, contractual and subcontracting management) as well as budget monitoring.
As a unifying, autonomous individual with excellent client relations skills, you apply absolute rigor regarding Nuclear Safety and Cybersecurity requirements.
