OAT Test Manager (Contract)
Requirements
Candidates must hold a valid EU or UK passport.
- Proven experience leading OAT or service-readiness assurance in complex programmes
- Strong understanding of IT service management, operational controls, support transition, resilience, recovery and production-readiness practices
- Experience coordinating infrastructure, application, security, service desk, supplier and business operations stakeholders
- Practical experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, service-management tools and evidence-based governance
- Strong facilitation, risk management and stakeholder-influencing skills, with the ability to connect technical controls to business consequences
- Structured, pragmatic and confident escalating readiness gaps

Milton Keynes, 2-3 days per week onsite
Contract: 12 months, day rate, outside IR35

We're looking for an experienced OAT Test Manager to own operational readiness assurance on a complex enterprise change programme. You'll make sure services can be securely deployed, supported, monitored, recovered and operated within agreed service-management and control requirements, and give a clear view of readiness before go-live.
