- Working hours: 32–40 hours
- Location: Sendenhorst
- Independent coordination and leadership of assembly teams and subcontractors on the construction site
- Planning, organization, and monitoring of assembly work in the field of heating, sanitary, and supply technology
- Active support in the installation and assembly of technical systems
- Ensuring professional, timely, and high-quality execution of work
- Monitoring compliance with occupational safety regulations and quality standards
- Coordination of material deployment and monitoring of construction and assembly progress
- Close cooperation and coordination with site managers, project managers, and other trades
- Support with construction site documentation and monitoring of performed services
- Central point of contact for installers, subcontractors, and other project participants on site
- Completed vocational training as an HVAC technician, heating installer, sanitary installer, or a comparable technical qualification
- Several years of practical professional experience in heating, sanitary, or supply technology
- Ideally, initial experience in leading and coordinating assembly teams
- Sound knowledge in the installation and assembly of building technology systems
- Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
- Strong organizational talent as well as a high level of quality and responsibility awareness
- Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and confident demeanor on construction sites
- Willingness for nationwide assembly assignments
- Driving license class B
