Project overview

For an already started construction project in the Koblenz area, an experienced specialist in HVAC / Building Automation (GA) is sought to strengthen the local project monitoring.

The project is subject to special security-related framework conditions. The implementation is already in the current construction phase and is planned long-term until approximately the end of 2027.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring the execution of HVAC trades on the construction site
• Technical monitoring of the executing companies regarding quality, deadlines, and contract-compliant execution
• Monitoring and coordination of building automation (GA) in connection with technical building equipment
• Checking the assembly, installation, and commissioning of technical systems
• Checking construction progress and documenting the status of work
• Monitoring and coordination of interfaces between HVAC, building automation, and other technical building equipment trades
• Participation in construction meetings and coordination with involved project partners and subcontractors
• Identification and documentation of defects and support for defect rectification
• Review and support of functional tests, commissioning, and acceptances
• Support with technical documentation and quality assurance
• Ongoing construction site documentation and reporting to project management

• Completed technical training or studies in the field of building services engineering, technical building equipment, building technology, HVAC, or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in construction monitoring / object monitoring in the HVAC sector
• Good knowledge of technical building equipment, especially in the areas of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and sanitary
• Experience with building automation / MSR technology is an advantage
• Confident understanding of planning documents, technical drawings, and execution documents
• Experience in coordinating different trades and interfaces
• Confident demeanor towards executing companies and subcontractors
• Independent, structured, and conscientious way of working
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Willingness for regular presence on the construction site in the Koblenz area
