Seeking an object planner for wastewater treatment plants with a degree in civil engineering or equivalent technical qualification. The role involves independent planning and execution of projects across various HOAI service phases.

For our client in the construction sector, we are looking for an object planner for wastewater treatment plants.
Responsibilities
Independent planning and processing of wastewater treatment plants and wastewater engineering structures across various HOAI service phases. Creation, processing, and further development of planning and execution documents. Development and detailing of structural solutions for wastewater treatment plants, wastewater treatment facilities, and associated structures. Creation and processing of floor plans, sections, elevations, detail drawings, and other technical planning documents.
Execution or support in quantity surveying, volume determination, and cost calculations, as well as preparation and processing of specifications. Support in the tendering and awarding of construction services, particularly through the compilation and preparation of the necessary technical and calculatory documents. Coordination of planning with clients, specialist planners, engineering firms, executing companies, and other project participants. Execution of plan reviews and plausibility checks regarding technical, structural, and planning requirements.
Creation, maintenance, and structured filing of project-related documentation, planning documents, calculations, and other technical documents.
Requirements
Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or, alternatively, a completed training as a construction technician is mandatory. Several years of practical professional experience in the object planning of wastewater treatment plants, wastewater treatment facilities, or comparable engineering structures. Good knowledge of planning processes and service phases according to HOAI, as well as an understanding of the procedures in the planning and realization of construction projects. Confident use of an AVA/tendering, awarding, and billing software (AVA), ideally RIB iTWO or comparable software.
Confident use of common Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
