• Oversee and maintain the distribution governance framework to ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and report on compliance matters relating to distribution channels.
• Develop and implement initiatives to strengthen distribution compliance across various platforms.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote a clear understanding of distribution policies and standards.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management on governance matters, risks, and progress.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate governance, particularly within the insurance sector.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proven experience in regulatory compliance or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
