We, IN AUDITO Media GmbH with our well-known brand schnellestelle.de, are an E-Recruiting agency based in Markkleeberg near Leipzig. With over 16 years of experience in online recruiting, we support companies in German-speaking countries with our all-round service (online job postings, social media recruiting, active sourcing, etc.) to find the right candidates for their open positions.

We currently employ about 20 employees in full or part-time. Further employees work on a freelance basis.

• You will independently conceptualize, build, and optimize our advertising campaigns
• primarily on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• You will plan organic content that strengthens our brand and brings us inbound leads.
• You will write and send newsletters that truly resonate with our customers and interested parties.
• You will coordinate closely with sales and graphics
• from sales materials and brochures to presentations and campaign content.
• You will organize customer and trade events and ensure wow moments offline as well (e.g., with thank-you packages for our customers).
• You will keep our website up-to-date and maintain content in the CMS.
• You will naturally use modern AI tools to become more efficient in content, images, texts, and data analysis.
• At least 3 years of practical experience in digital B2B marketing.
• Experience with the ad managers of Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Strong copywriting skills in German (proficient in grammar, spelling, and tone for various channels).
• Tool knowledge:
• Initial experience with systems like WordPress, Typo3, Webflow, or Hubspot
• Experience with common newsletter systems (e.g., rapidmail, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Brevo)
• AI Tools: Routine use of ChatGPT, Midjourney/DALL-E, or comparable AI assistants for prompting, content creation, and workflow automation
• Graphics/Layout: Basic knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign/Photoshop) for simple graphic adjustments
• Independent way of working, high initiative, and the ability to quickly take responsibility in a dynamic environment.
• Structured way of working to maintain an overview amidst diversity.
• Desire for close collaboration with sales and a good feel for interfaces.
• Curiosity about digital trends and new AI tools
