For our online academy Viona, we are looking for a freelance trainer (m/f/d) for Life Cycle Analysis for residential and non-residential buildings, starting immediately.

The courses take place continuously from Mon - Fri, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Within this period, you ideally have 4 teaching units of 45 minutes per day available.

• Teaching topics such as:
• Fundamentals and framework conditions of Life Cycle Analysis (LCA)
• Climate protection goals, funding programs (BEG, KFN), Quality Seal Sustainable Building (QNG), fundamentals and standards of ecological balancing.
• Technical and methodological aspects of ecological balancing
• Life cycle phases of buildings, GWP and PENRT assessment, balancing methodology, system and balance boundaries, technical systems, calculation steps according to QNG.
• Practice and application of LCA in construction
• Example calculations, use of eLCA software, variants and optimization of building materials, energy supply and MEP components, communication of calculation results, life cycle analysis for residential and non-residential buildings
• Preparation and execution of topic-specific instruction
• Lively and practice-oriented design of learning content through virtual instruction
• Reflection on learning steps with your participants
• Studies in environmental sciences, civil engineering with a focus on sustainability, architecture with a focus on ecological construction methods, or comparable qualification in the field of sustainable construction and environmental management.
• Sound knowledge in Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) and ecological balancing, in-depth experience with the Quality Seal Sustainable Building (QNG) and the funding programs BEG and KFN, practical experience with calculation software such as eLCA, understanding of technical systems and system boundaries in buildings, ability to convey complex ecological assessment concepts online.
• Pedagogical suitability (e.g., according to AEVO) desirable
• Teaching experience in adult education is an advantage
• Methodological and didactic competence, reliability, social and communication skills
