You know everything about RedHat Linux and especially OpenShift. You also understand how to use that knowledge as efficiently as possible for our clients. These clients are various organizations within the Justice and Security domain, serving approximately 25,000 users in total. You can alternate between managing the environment and making small and large adjustments. Some large adjustments are implemented through a project in which you participate. In this, you represent the department and stand for the established standards.
When clients ask about availability or security, you know how to arrange this technically. You see all this within the larger picture of supporting client processes. This allows you to advise clients, both when asked and sometimes unasked. It is also important to raise the team's knowledge level regarding OpenShift. Knowledge transfer is therefore one of the most important aspects of the role you fulfill.
Together with the other OpenShift specialists, ensure the successful implementation of OpenShift within the JIO organization. Additionally, you are responsible for onboarding (Application) teams onto OpenShift and training internal employees on the subject matter.
