We are looking for an OpenStack Expert to deploy, automate, evolve, and maintain large-scale private cloud platforms based on Red Hat OpenStack. The role involves complex incident resolution and ensuring operational and security readiness.

Within a major client, we are looking for an OpenStack Expert to work on a large-scale private Cloud infrastructure.
The consultant will be responsible for the deployment, automation, evolution, and operational maintenance of Red Hat OpenStack platforms.

Qualities
- Deploy and configure OpenStack Red Hat environments
- Automate installations, configurations, and updates using Ansible
- Design and maintain automation scripts and operational tools
- Integrate new OpenStack services and ensure their interoperability
- Perform diagnosis and resolution of complex incidents (L3 support)
- Ensure operational and security maintenance (MCO/MCS)
- Apply security patches and monitor technical evolutions
- Write technical documentation and operational procedures
- Cloud: OpenStack (Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Glance, Keystone, Horizon, Octavia)
- Systems: Linux, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, CentOS, CoreOS
- Automation: Ansible, CI/CD
- Virtualization: KVM, libvirt
- Network: OVS, OVN (SDN)
- Containers: Kubernetes / OpenShift (appreciated)
- Storage: Cinder and associated storage solutions
- Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in IT, engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience on OpenStack projects
- Proven experience in deployment, automation, and operation of Cloud environments
- Mastery of Linux Red Hat environments
- Good command of Ansible and Infrastructure as Code practices
- Solid knowledge of virtualization and Cloud networks
- OpenShift/Kubernetes experience is a plus
- Autonomy and rigor
- Analytical skills and complex problem-solving ability
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with different technical teams
- Ability to write clear technical documentation
