OpenText VIM Consultant / Trainer Remote 1M++

Project overview

Dear Freelancers,

We are looking for an OpenText VIM Consultant / Trainer (m/f/d) for a client for the following project:

Responsibilities

Participation in a two-hour coordination meeting with the project team to discuss the project scope and central OpenText VIM configuration

Participation in two English-language UAT and training sessions (2 hours each) together with the implementation partner

Independent execution of two corresponding UAT and training sessions in German

Creation of three compact German-language training manuals based on existing training materials:

User: Entry and processing of incoming invoices as well as checking and supplementing invoice information

Approver: Checking and approving invoices via the defined approval workflows

Clerk / Invoice Processing: Processing invoices, clarifying exceptions and error cases, and monitoring the invoice approval process

Preparation and adaptation of training content for the respective user groups

Requirements

In-depth experience with OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM)

Very good knowledge of digital incoming invoice processing

Experience with invoice approval and authorization workflows in OpenText VIM

Knowledge of SAP integration and relevant interfaces in connection with OpenText VIM

Experience in conducting UAT sessions and user training

Experience in creating German-language training materials and manuals

Very good German and good English skills

Independent and structured way of working as well as strong communication skills
