Operational Technology Security Expert / Project Leader

Project overview

Within RET's Roadmap OT Security (ROTS), you will fulfill a central role between technology, security, and organization.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Deliver an implementation plan for the Roadmap OT Security, with prioritization, planning, dependencies, and required resources
• Realize the implementation of the prioritized components of the roadmap within time, budget, and scope
• Manage and monitor OT security projects for progress, risks, dependencies, and decision-making
• Develop and organize activities to increase OT security awareness within the Technology department
• Support management in shaping the governance and organization of OT security
• Ensure alignment and collaboration with HTM on joint components of the roadmap
• Demonstrable WO work and thinking level, with at least 5 years of experience in OT cybersecurity
• Knowledge of OT security architectures and industrial automation systems, including PLCs and SCADA
• Thorough knowledge of IEC 62443, the Cybersecurity Act, and the Resilience of Critical Entities Act
• At least 3 years of experience in OT security, gained at RET or a comparable Dutch public transport organization such as HTM, GVB, NS, or ProRail
• Experience working in projects according to PRINCE2, Agile, and/or Scrum
• Availability and flexible deployability during the assignment period
• A Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) as a possible part of the selection procedure
