We are looking for an Operations & Commercial Analyst to support the launch of a new product/service within a leading UK energy organisation.

This role will be hands-on and varied, supporting the day-to-day activities required to get the service up and running and helping establish how it will operate once live.

You’ll work across operational, commercial and project activities, including onboarding new parties, supporting contracts and working with different teams across the business.

  • Support contracting activities, working alongside internal Legal teams.
  • Coordinate information and documentation required from different parties.

  • Support project activities where required to keep the launch moving forward.
  • Help develop and improve processes as the service moves from pilot into BAU

  • Comfortable working in a hands-on operational environment.
  • Some exposure to contracts, customer/counterparty onboarding or commercial processes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organised and comfortable managing several activities at once.
  • Able to work in an environment where processes are still being developed.
  • Energy/utilities experience would be beneficial but isn't essential.
  • Start: flexible
  • Remote: hybrid
  • Location: London, GB
