Responsibilities

• The candidate will work closely with functional consultants, integration teams, and technical teams to define migration requirements, execute migration cycles, and support testing and cutover activities.
• Analyze source system data structures and data quality.
• Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, duplicates, and cleansing requirements.
• Perform data profiling and reconciliation activities.
• Support data discovery workshops with business users and stakeholders.
• Define source-to-target mapping documents.
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand Oracle Retail data requirements.
• Define transformation rules, business validations, and conversion logic.
• Review and validate mapping specifications with business process owners.
• Support extraction, transformation, and loading activities.
• Coordinate migration cycles across development, test, staging, and production environments.
• Monitor migration execution and resolve data-related issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of data migration and data conversion project experience
• Experience working on Oracle Retail Cloud
