- Define EBS-WMS integration requirements: data objects, field mappings, triggers, and sync frequency with Oracle
- Prepare functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Guide configuration and development activities and review deliverables for quality and best practices
- Support data migration planning, including data cleansing, mapping, and validation
- Lead functional testing, support SIT and UAT, and triage defects
- Prepare training materials and support end-user training and adoption
- Provide post go-live hypercare support
- Excellent in handling customers and communications with Stakeholders.
