• Should have a minimum of10+ years of hands-on experience in implementation and support of Oracle Fusi
• Candidate should be proficient in all the UK Payroll, Pension and Absence Processes including
• Strong configuration knowledge of elements and input values, balances, calculation cards, payroll definitio
• Practical experience writing and debugging Fast Formula (element, proration, skip and validation formulas)
• Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Payro
• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and ma
• Ability to lead the discussions with the customer teams for integrations, data migrations and reports relate
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
• Preparation of Status reports with RAG, highlighting risks and mitigations and maintaining RAID log
