Your New Role

As an Organisational Change & Communications Analyst, you will support change management and communications activities across a large-scale transformation programme. • Developing and supporting organisational change and communications plans.
• Supporting stakeholder engagement and change adoption activities.

• Proven experience in organisational change management.
• Experience developing and delivering change and communications plans.
• Background supporting technology or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience working within HR transformation or technology-enabled HR change.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to work across business, technology and programme teams.
• Experience supporting complex organisational change programmes.
• Predominantly remote working.
