PAM Business Analyst / Solution Architect – CyberArk

Immediate start, 6+ months + extension (Remote | Onshore Germany / Nearshore Europe)

For our end client in an international corporate environment, we are looking for an experienced PAM Business Analyst / Solution Architect (m/f/d) with in-depth knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) and CyberArk.

The focus is on the analysis, conception, and coordination of onboarding various applications, IT systems, and infrastructures into an existing CyberArk environment. You will act as the interface between business departments, application owners, security teams, and technical implementation teams, ensuring technical feasibility and secure, scalable integration.

Responsibilities

• Independent analysis, conception, and coordination of end-to-end onboarding of applications, services, and IT systems into CyberArk
• Gathering, structuring, and evaluating technical and business requirements in the area of Privileged Access Management
• Analysis of existing system landscapes, privileged accounts, access models, and technical dependencies
• Development of suitable onboarding and integration concepts, considering technical feasibility, security requirements, and CyberArk-specific constraints
• Planning and moderation of technical design workshops with application owners, security engineers, and other stakeholders
• Conception of secure authorization and access models, including CyberArk Safe structures according to the least privilege principle
• Coordination of involved business departments and technical teams throughout the entire onboarding process
• Ensuring complete documentation, formal sign-offs, and proof of successful implementation

Note: The project focus is on business analysis, technical conception, and onboarding coordination. An operational developer role or hands-on implementation is not intended.

• Several years of professional experience as a PAM Business Analyst, Solution Architect, or in a comparable role in the enterprise IT or cybersecurity environment
• In-depth knowledge of CyberArk, particularly regarding PAM onboarding, technical integration requirements, and solution design
• Experience in analyzing and designing privileged access models and integrating various applications and IT systems
• Good technical understanding of complex IT infrastructures, especially databases, network components, client systems, storage, and backup solutions
• Experience in evaluating technical dependencies, interfaces, and integration possibilities within heterogeneous system landscapes
• Knowledge in the conception of CyberArk Safe structures, authorization models, and least privilege concepts
• Experience in conducting technical workshops and coordinating between business departments, IT security, and engineering teams
• Structured, self-reliant way of working with strong analytical and communication skills
• Very good English skills for international project communication
