Project overview

We are looking for a reliable paving or landscaping company to complete the work on an already started construction site in 07427 Schwarzburg.

Current construction status: Total area approx. 100 m². Earthworks mostly completed. Frost protection on approx. 79 m² already introduced or existing material reused and compacted. Frost protection base is still missing on approx. 21 m². Kerbs (approx. 30 linear meters) already present and paid for. Trenches for the kerbs prepared. Partial rework of the existing base required.

Work still to be carried out: Check existing base and rework if necessary. Supplement missing frost protection and compact. Set approx. 30 linear meters of kerbs. Prepare paving bed. Lay, vibrate, and grout approx. 100 m² of standard concrete paving stones.

The paving stones are not yet available and can be provided by us by arrangement or delivered by the contractor. The construction site is only accessible to heavy vehicles to a limited extent due to a bridge with a 12 t weight limit. Companies with their own machinery and appropriate transport options are preferred.
