Payroll Transformation
We're looking for an experienced Payroll Business Analyst to support a major payroll transformation programme within a large, well-known organisation.
This is a functional, business-focused BA role , so we're looking for someone who really understands the payroll domain , including payroll processes, compliance and UK regulatory requirements, rather than someone from a technical or development-focused background.
The programme involves the transformation and migration of payroll processes onto a new ERP Payroll & HR platform , so previous payroll transformation, implementation or migration experience would be particularly valuable.

- Ensuring requirements consider UK payroll compliance and regulatory obligations
- Supporting the appropriate handling of sensitive employee and PII data

- Supporting process mapping, requirements traceability and business acceptance
- Acting as the link between payroll stakeholders and the wider transformation programme
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst within payroll or HR/payroll transformation
