UK PAYROLL SPECIALIST
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join a leading media organisation, supporting the team with UK and Irish Payroll

The Portfolio Group are acting on behalf of our client in recruiting for this position.
- Preparation of manual journals and resolving reconciliation queries
- Working with the SAP Tech support team on BAU system changes and completing UAT
- Review of accurate and timely end to end processing of Irish and UK (including IR35) payrolls in collaboration with various departments within News UK and other Group Companies
- Resolving payroll queries raised by other members of the team, employees and various departments within News UK, Wireless and other Group Companies
- Produce periodic and ad-hoc payroll reports
- Clear understanding of employment law and tax regulations and the application to payroll procedures for ROI (and UK would be an advantage)
- SAP ECC 6 HR/Payroll system
- Good Excel skills (Pivot tables, v-look up, nesting formulae)
