PEGA Business Architect / Bank / Frankfurt/remote

Dear Consultants,

A PEGA Business Architect is sought for an exciting project at a bank in Frankfurt.

Required skills:

• At least 3-5 years of practical experience as a Pega Business Architect
• Very good knowledge of the Pega KYC module
• Experience with business conception, requirements analysis, and Pega Case Management
• Sound experience in agile methodologies
• Knowledge in KYC, onboarding, compliance, or regulatory processes
• Pega certification desirable, preferably Certified Pega Business Architect (CPBA)
• Strong communication and mediation skills
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach
• Experience in moderating workshops
• Independent, diligent, and reliable working style
• Good German language skills, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Gathering and structuring business requirements in the KYC context
• Evaluating the reusability of existing functions of the Pega KYC module
• Performing gap analyses and deriving needs for configuration, extension, or new development
• Ensuring the principle of "Reuse before Build"
• Translating requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and business concepts
• Moderating workshops and coordination meetings between business departments, architecture, and development
• Accompanying business tests, acceptances, and documenting the results

Frankfurt / remote (approx. 80% remote possible)
