Project overview
For a demanding position in the field of occupational benefits, we are looking for an experienced professional to operationally and technically manage a large 1e collective foundation. The focus is not on pure administration, but on independent responsibility for complex pension topics and a broad mandate.
Responsibilities
- Independent administrative and insurance-technical support of a 1e collective foundation
- Processing of entries/exits, salary changes, purchases, WEF, divorce, retirement, as well as death and disability cases
- Carrying out contribution and benefit calculations as well as contribution collection
- Support of insured persons and cooperation with internal and external contacts
- Participation in technical projects and working groups
Requirements
Why Interesting
- Several years of experience in occupational benefits / 2nd pillar
- Practical experience with autonomous pension funds
- Demonstrable operational experience with 1e pension solutions or 1e collective foundations
- Ability to independently manage complex pension mandates
- Very good German and good English
- Very broad pension fund area of responsibility instead of pure sub-process
- Independent technical responsibility
- Specialization in the attractive 1e environment
- Combination of administration, technical responsibility, and stakeholder contact
