- Work with project teams to select, implement and validate analytics tools.
- Analyse data and turn findings into clear, actionable insights that help stakeholders make informed decisions.
- Use performance data to guide ongoing service and product improvements.
- Ensure data and analysis are accurate, reliable and high quality, using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Challenge assumptions from a digital perspective and collaborate with digital specialists, particularly user researchers, to build a well-rounded understanding of user needs and service performance.
