Essential Skills:
- Active SC Security Clearance.
- Proven experience as a Performance Analyst, Data Analyst or Service Performance Analyst.
- Strong experience analysing data to support product, service or operational performance.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
- Experience building dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and presenting recommendations.
- Government experience is highly beneficial.
