We are looking for an experienced copywriter who writes compelling, sales-driven texts and understands how good copy works in performance marketing.

You should not only be able to write creatively but also know how to address target audiences, gain attention, and achieve conversions.

Job facts: Direct client project

• Creation of sales-driven ad copy for Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms
• Conception and creation of landing pages, sales pages, and funnels
• Development of hooks, headlines, ad scripts, and creative concepts
• Writing of email campaigns, newsletters, and automated email sequences
• Creation of social media captions and other marketing texts
• Continuous optimization of existing copy based on performance data
• Close collaboration with our creative and performance marketing team
• Experience in copywriting, ideally in performance marketing or direct response marketing
• Very good German language skills and a convincing, clear writing style
• Understanding of target audiences, sales psychology, and conversion optimization
• Experience with ad copy, landing pages, and sales funnels
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Ideally, you have already written texts for campaigns that had significant advertising budgets behind them
• Experience with AI tools to support your copywriting processes is a plus
• Collaboration with a performance-oriented marketing team
