The role involves contributing to the definition and parameterization of new performance steering reporting systems, validating UAT results, and analyzing key financial metrics. The specialist will also be responsible for documentation, user support, and optimizing existing processes.

- Participation in the definition and parameterization of new performance steering reporting systems
- Validation of UAT test results from a performance steering perspective
- Examination of relevant key figures such as assets, net new cash, and P&L indicators
- Documentation of tests, sign-offs, and system parameterization
- Creation of user documentation for the new performance steering system
- Support of ongoing reporting and performance monitoring during the transformation
- Optimization of existing BAU processes in preparation for the future operating model
- Sound knowledge in Financial Reporting and Performance Steering
- Experience with UAT, Finance Testing, or Business Analysis in the financial services environment
- Experience with core system replacements or extensive IT finance transformations
- Experience in Performance Steering, FP&A, or Controlling
- Studies in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a comparable field
