Seeking a Performance Steering Specialist to participate in defining and parameterizing new reporting systems, validating UAT results, and supporting ongoing reporting during a transformation project.

Responsibilities
- Participation in the definition and parameterization of new performance steering reporting systems
- Validation of UAT test results from a performance steering perspective
- Examination of relevant key figures such as assets, net new cash, and P&L indicators
- Documentation of tests, sign-offs, and system parameterization
- Creation of user documentation for the new performance steering system
- Support of ongoing reporting and performance monitoring during the transformation
- Optimization of existing BAU processes in preparation for the future operating model
Requirements

- Sound knowledge in financial reporting and performance steering
- Experience with UAT, finance testing, or business analysis in the financial services environment
- Experience with core system replacements or extensive IT finance transformations
- Experience in performance steering, FP&A, or controlling
- Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a comparable field
- Long-term transformation project until September 2027
- Professional focus on performance steering, UAT, and finance system migration
- Project environment with direct reference to financial reporting and controlling
